The cabin is nestled away about a quarter mile from a secondary road access on 5 acres. A vehicle with high clearance is required to get across the stream. Sitting amid a grassy clearing in the middle of the woods, you will almost believe you've traveled back into a simpler less hectic time. There is no electricity, phone service or indoor plumbing. If nature calls you use the outhouse. If you need water for cleaning and drinking you use the developed spring right beside the cabin.
However, the cabin is outfitted with natural gas. So in the kitchen you can cook on the gas stove, heat water on the stove, and the refrigerator runs on gas! If it gets a little cool, you can use the gas space heaters.
